  1. If my current project is getting over, can I be placed on some other project which Adil has?
    Yes, if your project is completed, Adil will put all its efforts to reassign you to our other projects. Adil has projects with various clients, and we are putting our full efforts to maximize our client base. We have dealt with similar situations successfully in most instances.
  2. In what different areas, Adil places people?
    Adil places people in wide range of areas. please visit our Services page for detailed information.
  3. Can I refer someone to Adil? Are there any referral incentives?
    Yes, you surely can refer someone to us. Adil has various on-going projects and continuously receives request for people with various skills. The most important incentive for you is "that someone" you referred (be you friend, your relative or your colleague) will receive an opportunity for a job. Also, any successful referrals are marked in your performance report, which will reflect in your annual compensation review.
  4. When should I apply for my H1b visa extensions?
    At least three months prior to the expiration date of your existing visa. However, we encourage you to visit various immigration related websites that provides updated information about the processing status.
  5. What happens if my 6 years on H1 gets over?
    As per the current immigration law, if you are in the process for Immigration through employment (Green Card), and if your labor application is applied at least 12 months back, then you can extend your H1b visa for another one year.
  6. What is the Green Card process?
    Green Card (Immigration through employment) requires that in most instances sponsors, such as Adil, request for a labor certification from Department of Labor. Upon obtaining a approval, an immigrant Visa petition (I140) and request for Adjust of permanent Resident Status (I485) is required to be filled. Adil Business Systems, Inc. Only files such cases upon the need of the company and upon company management approval.
  7. How long does the process take?
    The entire process time length various considerably, and recently even the labor certification is taking a substantial time. Under normal circumstances, the process may take more than three (3) years depanding upon current INS policies.
  8. When should I expect my pay?
    For most of employees, the pay can be expected at 10th and 25th of every month. However, this may vary slightly if these days fall on weekends or holidays. Employees who have not opted for direct deposit and receive checks in the mail should discount such additional days.
  9. When do I get my W-2s?
    You should expect your W-2s in 2nd or 3rd week of February.
  10. What is the difference between a W-2 and 1099?
    W-2 is for employees who get salary from us after all the tax deductions, medical costs and other charges. 1099 is for consultants who receive the gross salary, and they themselves are responsible for paying all the taxes and other charges.
  11. What benefits do employees get?
    We provide various benefits for our employees that includes annual leave, medical leave, medical coverage etc. However these policies are changeable with time. Please check with our management for such lataest benefit policies.\
  12. When do we become eligible for benefits?
    If all the forms have been completed and received by us prior to beginning of your employment, you will be eligible for most of the benefits. However, you will be eligible for annual leave only after completing 12 months of service with us, and for medical leaves after completion of 3 months.
  13. How do I inform the company about changes in my personal information such as change of address, project managers, contact details etc.?

  15. What should I do when I have taken a day off?
    If possible, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. stating the day you are planning to take off. However, if you are not able to do so, inform us at earliest possible time.
  16. When should I inform if I was Absent due to sickness?
    If it is a pre-planned absence (such as for medical examination) you must inform us prior to taking such a leave. On other instances you should inform us no later than the first day of commencing the work after such medical absence.

  18. Who is eligible for benefits?
    Regular full time employees are eligible for benefits. part time employees are not eligible. please do note that this might entirely depend on the client contract with our organization.
