Human Resources - Operations

Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws, including reporting requirements. Advise managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures, and classification programs. Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, evaluating and training workers. Prepare reports to summarize job analysis, evaluation, and compensation analysis information. Perform multifactor data and cost analyses. Administer employee insurance, pension, and savings plans, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers. Research employee benefit and health safety practices and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies. Analyze organizational, occupational, and industrial data to facilitate organizational functions. Requires a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related and 2 years of experience.  Will accept a combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelors degree in Human Resources as determined by a professional evaluation service. Requires 1 year of experience in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems- including Jazz HR), HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), and Social Media Recruiting.
